Hello Golfers,

The UCB Canada 1st Annual Golf Tournament Fundraiser is happening on Friday, June 6, 2008!

Come join us and experience a great day of fun and excitement at Blenheim Golf Club.  Even if you are not a die-hard golfer this is a day you will NOT want to miss!  Our day will consist of Registration beginning at 10:30, followed by a BBQ Lunch & Concert. The golf begins with a shotgun start at 12:30 and then we'll end the day with an amazing steak dinner with all the fixings!  All this for $125 per person.


Please complete the following form to ensure your spot at the UCB Canada 1st Annual Golf Fundraiser at Blenheim Golf Course. Also, don't forget to include your shirt size!  We'll contact you to arrange payment of your registration fee.
